Success fee:
As each client has different requirements and is at a different stage in their search, please contact Natalie to discuss the success fee applicable. This fee is due upon the exchange of contracts and payable upon completion.

Accompanied Viewings: Natalie will conduct accompanied viewings with potential tenants, showcasing the property's best features and answering their questions directly.
Negotiating on Your Behalf: Natalie will leverage her negotiation skills to obtain the best possible rent for your property while ensuring fair and competitive terms.
Vetting Applications: A dedicated referencing company will thoroughly screen all tenant applications, including credit checks and reference checks, to ensure you secure reliable and responsible tenants.Preparing Legal Documents: Natalie’s assistant will handle the preparation of the tenancy agreement, ensuring all necessary legal requirements are met to protect your interests.
Collecting Rent and Deposit: Natalie will arrange to collect the upfront rent and deposit from the tenants according to the terms outlined in the lease agreement. This typically includes the first month's rent and a security deposit.
